Chocolate Covered Strawberries
12-14 large, luscious strawberries and 8 oz. of good quality milk chocolate or white chocolate.

You could perform this 1 of 2 methods; melt the chocolate in a double boiler on the stove, as well as melt this in a bowl in the microwave. I choose the microwave since it is faster. Clean and dry the berries. As soon as the chocolate is melted, dip the strwberries into the chocolate nearly 2/3 of the way up. Put aside on wax paper to set.
