What is your return policy?

Returns are simple and hassle free. A Customer may return any non-perishable item for a full refund as long as the product is in its original re-saleable condition, is within 30 days of purchase, and is valued at over $50. Items under $50 may not be returned.

• A credit will be issued to the sender’s credit card within 30 days of receipt and inspection of the item.
• If the recipient returns the item, upon receipt and inspection, either a gift certificate (within 7 days) or refund check will be issued (within 30 days).
